
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This analysis examines delivery operations and customer experience in a logistics dataset. The objective is to uncover patterns in delivery delays, fleet utilization, and client satisfaction, and evaluate their impact on efficiency and costs. By analyzing delivery times, truck usage, route distances, and customer feedback, this analysis highlights inefficiencies and provides data-driven insights to improve efficient operations and customer service quality. The goal was to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Three Logistics Company
PROJECT TOOLS, SKILLS AND ACTIVITIES
- Cleaned and prepared the dataset for the analysis using Microsoft Excel. - Analyzed delivery times, truck usage, and route distances to identify inefficiencies and underutilized resources. - Examined client satisfaction scores in relation to delivery delays and distance thresholds to understand impact on customer experience. - Developed key metrics and performance indicators such as delivery time and number of packages delivered. - Used Power BI to create interactive dashboards with filters highlighting delays, truck performance, and client satisfaction trends. - Provided actionable insights and recommendations to improve delivery speed, enhance fleet management, and boost client satisfaction. - Effectively communicated findings to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
